Wheelchair Accessible and Companion Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all events. We encourage advance purchase to guarantee accessible seating, as these spaces are limited. Seating accommodations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis should be requested at time of purchase when possible, and may not be available if requested at the time of performance.
Wheelchair Accessibility Within Centennial Hall: A lift is available through the leftmost door from the lobby to the main auditorium to take patrons who cannot use stairs from the lobby level to the orchestra level. The mezzanine level does not have wheelchair-accessible seating and can be accessed by stairs only.
Patrons who use wheelchairs may proceed to the front of the security bag check line and concession line.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD): Centennial Hall is equipped with an infrared, high-clarity audio amplification system. Free headsets and neck loops are available at the courtesy desk in the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. ALDs may not be available at other venues.
Large-Print and Braille Playbills: Large print playbills are available upon request at the time of the event. To inquire about the availability of Braille playbills, contact the Box Office at (520) 621-3341 at least two weeks in advance.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation: ASL interpretation is available upon request. To request this service, please call the Box Office at (520) 621-3341 at least two weeks prior to the event.
Live Audio Description: Centennial Hall is able to provide live audio description of performances for up to 5 patrons simultaneously. To request this service, please call the Box Office at (520) 621-3341 at least two weeks prior to the event. Audio Descriptions may not be available at other venues.
Children on the Autism Spectrum: Arizona Arts Live welcomes people of all backgrounds and strives to assure that everyone can enjoy performances with ease. To help children on the autism spectrum prepare for their first show at Centennial Hall, we now offer a Social Story. Booster Seats: A limited number of child-sized booster seats are available at Centennial Hall. Please ask an usher for assistance.
